So I wake up so an email from one of my professors:
Several students write: “The government must higher more teachers." 
How high?
How must they be lifted, with a rope around their necks?

...then he gets a reply....

Dear Sir
I am sure I am one of those students what we mean is that if the government could invest more on education,to be able to hire more teachers. And maybe give incentives to teachers to inspire them to always do their jobs with passion and determination.

 ....which he replies to...

Dear Ms Makinza,

Fortunately, a nod is as good as a wink, or, if you allow me to be less modest: a few words to the wise suffice.
