Normally I only carry my wallet, and take off the beepbeep-thing to the car and leave the actual keys inside it. And I usually forget my phone. However if I do carry a bag it usually contains these items:
Wallet
Cellphone (well, sometimes at least)
Car keys + Licence
Diary
Random pens
Loose change
Ipod + headphones
Smokes + lighter
Camera + spare batteries
